I really love Panera bread but this location I’m not sure. The staff in the kitchen were too busy chatting and laughing. They were loud and unprofessional. One of the staff had gloves on. Her phone rang; I watched her pick up the call with her gloves while she was packing my food. She used the same gloves to touch my bread and was still on her cell phone. Are you kidding me? As you can see the avocado in this picture is not fresh. My sandwich does not look very well put together and doesn’t taste good compare to other locations I’ve been too. Very dry. So disappointed
Southwest salad was wilted, extra non-descript salty dressing probably dug up from the same dumpster. All staff are miserable so I'm not sure if that attitude is transferred to food preparation.
Love placing my own order on the computer in the store. Staff friendly, place very clean, even a manager stopped at the table to check on me. The food was very good as usual !
Luke warm Tortellini Alfredo with strings of chicken simmered warm salt water. Tasted like it was retrieved from a dumpster.
Okay. Terribly rude female manager. The male is nicer. Staff works hard. Good just so.
Only issue is where it's located on morris turnpike I struggled finding it at first. Service is great otherwise and food is good.
